L&D Strategies is a boutique consultancy firm dedicated to committed organisations and international cooperation. We support our partners with the aim of optimising the use of resources in the service of their mission.

The firm was born out of the meeting of two complementary backgrounds, rooted in international relations and process engineering. One comes from a political science background and has nearly 10 years of experience in the international cooperation sector, with a keen interest in governance, strategy and organisational structuring in an international context. The other has a background in geomatics, with expertise in the design of systems, databases, dashboards and digital tools capable of transforming complexity into useful information for decision-making.

Throughout our journey, we have helped structure and develop organisations active in international cooperation, strengthening their processes, tools and capacity for action. We have also built a network of talented individuals and specialised partners—strategists, analysts, developers, sector experts—whom we mobilise as needed to respond to the specific challenges of our partners in Quebec, Canada and internationally.
